90 days from the start of the program -- 50% of your total payment in

30 days from the start of the program -- final balance due

If you pay through a US bank transfer on WeTravel there is no charge. 

To use CC it is 2.9% for Visa, MC, and Discover or 3.9% for AMEX.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit non-refundable, due upon registration

Prior to 90 days out—funds returned minus the deposit

90-45 days -- 50% of the retreat total will be refunded minus the deposit  

Within 30 days — payments are non-refundable (this is where your travel insurance with trip protection will come in!)

Travel insurance: 

Highly recommended. No one plans on having to cancel an epic journey but life happens and insurance can help recoup cost for the retreat and your flight.

Don’t always play it safe, but in this case... DO!   

We Travel offers wonderful travel insurance but please do look around as well.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Reservation takes effect with the payment online. Once the payment is made, the process ceramics retreat participants then receive a confirmation of reservation and tips on how to prepare for the trip.

The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation after a written reminder by e-mail, if the down payments are not paid in time.

Transfers from/to the airport can only be organized on your behalf and guaranteed once the flight details (flight number, flight arrival time, airline) are sent to our team at least 2-weeks prior to arrival.  Add ons that were booked before arrival can only be cancelled free of charge once the company didn’t have any costs for booking them already.

PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION

The participant explicitly declares that there are no medical reservations as far as his/her activity during the retreat is concerned. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

LIABILITY 

The company is not liable for any damages or personal injuries. Liability for the loss of or damage to participants’ property on the part of the organizer shall be excluded. We recommend travel and health insurance for the respective period. The organizer’s equipment and vehicles should be treated in due form. The participant shall be liable for damages in the case of negligent or wilful damage or loss.

DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “Cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie on your use of the website will be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, draw up reports on your website activities and to provide further services connected with the website and Internet use vis-à-vis the website operator.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

To protect your personal data the IP anonymization for Google Analytics has been activated. Within the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google abbreviates the activated IP anonymization of your IP address before it is transferred to a server. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transferred to a server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be used in connection with other data by Google. Should we have further personal data of our website users, we will not use these for website tracking data purposes or link these with other non-personal data.

DEACTIVATION OF WEBSITE TRACKING BY WEBSITE USERS

You can prevent cookies being stored by setting your browser software accordingly. However, here we would point out that in such a case you cannot use all the functions of this – and other – website(s). On this website, alongside the standard configuration of Google Analytics, Google Analytics functions are also used to support interest-related advertising based on the users’ behavior. Using these data, statistical statements can be made on demographical data and fields of interest of website users.
